What the customer needed

A bar that looked like it belonged to the company, not a generic hire unit. The bar front needed to carry the company's own pub name and match their brand colours, set up inside their London office.

What we supplied

• Mobile bar with bespoke painted bar front in the company's deep green colours
• Gold lettering with the company's own pub name
• Matching 'On tap today' chalkboard on the wall
• Printed cocktail menus on the bar top
• Draught taps
• Glassware including cocktail and highball glasses
• 'Beer garden' chalkboard sign

This was a custom branded bar hire for a corporate event. For other office party options in the capital, see bar hire in London.

How we made it work

Custom branding turns a mobile bar into a piece of the event. We painted the bar front in the company's colours and applied their chosen pub name in gold. The matching chalkboard and printed menus kept the same visual language across the bar area.

For office parties and corporate events, a branded bar reinforces the host's identity. It works particularly well for Christmas parties and company celebrations where the bar is part of the overall branding.

The result

The company had a bar that carried their own branding, set up and ready to serve inside their office. Guests saw the company's pub name and colours on the bar front, with matching signage and printed menus throughout.
