Wedding or party with 80 adults or more in England or Wales? We can bring a fully staffed cash bar for £150 instead. Guests pay at the bar and there is no minimum spend.

How the Calculator Works

Our drinks calculator uses industry-standard formulas to estimate your bar stock needs:

  • Drink Rate: Assumes 2 drinks per guest in the first hour, then 1 drink per hour after that
  • Event Type Ratios:
    • Standard Party: 50% beer/cider, 25% wine, 25% spirits
    • Wedding: 20% beer/cider, 50% wine, 30% spirits
    • Summer/Outdoor: 60% beer/cider, 20% wine, 20% spirits
  • Bottle Calculations: Wine (5 glasses per bottle), Spirits (28 measures per bottle)
  • Soft Drinks: Includes mixers and non-alcoholic drinks (0.3L per guest per hour)

Note: These are estimates only. Actual consumption can vary based on your guests, event style, weather, and duration. We recommend adding a 10-15% buffer for larger events. Contact us for personalized advice based on your specific event.
