Bar hire for milestone birthdays

We hire bars for 18th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th and 60th birthday parties. Guest numbers vary. Tell us who the party is for and roughly how many people you expect.

18th and 21st

Often a house, garden or hired hall. Dry hire if you are supplying drinks, or a staffed bar if you want someone behind the taps.

30th and 40th

Milestone parties at home or in a hall. A mobile bar or keg setup works for most guest counts.

50th and 60th

Family gatherings and larger celebrations. Same bar, quoted to the date, venue and numbers.

At home or a hall

House parties, gardens, marquees and village halls. We adapt to the space you have.

Where we can set up

At home, in a garden or marquee, or in a village or community hall. We can supply a marquee as well as the bar.

Most setups need a clear patch of floor for the unit and a queue, typically around 2m by 1.5m for the bar itself, plus a standard 13-amp socket within about 10 metres. Outdoor bars need level ground.

Indoor halls and houses need a route in that a portable unit can take. We discuss access and parking when you enquire.

Ways to run the bar

Dry hire

Staffed bar

A fully staffed cash bar for £150. For 80 adults or more, in England and Wales. Guests pay at the bar and there is no minimum spend. Or hire a bartender for your party.

Cocktails

Yes. Hire a bartender for your party if you already have a bar and drinks. Dry hire of a mobile unit is still via mobile bar hire.

Yes. We offer dry hire (equipment only) where we deliver the bar units and core equipment, and you manage setup and service. This option is ideal if you have your own staff and drinks supply. We also provide bar staff to work at your venue with your own bar, equipment and drinks.

Yes. We bring the drinks. Guests pay at the bar for what they drink. If you only want kit, see bar equipment hire.
