What the customer needed

Cheltenham Ladies' College needed draught beer equipment, a bar unit and refrigeration for dry hire. Dry hire lets the venue keep control of service while getting professional bar kit.

What we supplied

• Hawkstone Lager kegs with full draught dispense equipment
• White-fronted mobile bar unit with black worktop
• Two Hawkstone Lager branded tap fonts
• Double-door glass-front bottle fridge

With dry hire, the venue serves the drinks. The equipment is supplied ready to pour. See keg hire for draught dispense options or bar hire in Gloucestershire for staffed and dry-hire alternatives across the county or bar hire in Cheltenham.

How we made it work

The white-fronted mobile bar sat in a hall with distinctive orange brick and green-tiled walls. Two Hawkstone Lager branded tap fonts gave the bar a professional draught setup, while the double-door fridge behind the bar kept bottled drinks cold and visible.

Dry hire removes staffing cost and lets the venue serve drinks their way. The equipment was supplied ready to pour, and the venue handled the service.

Why dry hire suits college and venue events

Dry hire gives schools, colleges and venues professional bar equipment without staffing cost. The venue controls service, timing and pour sizes, while we supply the working kit.

Hawkstone Lager also featured at our Hillhead quarry show bar. For Cheltenham and Gloucestershire bar hire, contact us for equipment-only or staffed options.
