Emergency / temporary dispense

Temporary Draught & Glycol Cooling Hire

Emergency replacement cooling for pubs, bars, offices and draught installations. Flash coolers, remote coolers, glycol, lines, then delivery, install and commissioning.

Keg, flash cooler and gas packed inside a portable bar, the kind of temporary dispense kit used for office and venue installs

Who this is for

A cellar cooler down. A remote chiller waiting on parts. An office or venue that needs draught on for a few weeks. This page is temporary dispense and cooling for a working bar, not a wedding hire.

For a one-off event bar, use draught system hire. For extra taps on a match day, use pub overflow bar hire. Cask festivals are cask cooling hire.

What’s included

We spec the kit to the bar you already have, then deliver, install and commission it.

Remote coolers

Cooler away from the taps, where the cellar or back room is the right place for the plant.

Glycol cooling

Glycol chillers or cold plates where the run or the volume needs them, not only a flash unit at the font.

Flash coolers

The usual event and pop-up kit: beer chilled as it passes through the unit at the bar, with a python to the tap.

Temporary dispense

Taps, fonts, couplers, gas and regulators so the bar can pour while the house system is off.

Beer and cocktail lines

Python and beer lines for lager, cider, stout and kegged serves such as Pimm’s. A shaken cocktail list is cocktail bar hire.

Install and commissioning

Delivery, setup, pressure checks and a test pour. Collection at the end of the hire.

Weekly and monthly hire is quoted to the date, the number of lines and the venue. See keg cooling for how flash, python and glycol differ.

How it works

  1. Call or send the venue, how many lines, and what failed or what you need to cover.
  2. We spec flash, remote/glycol or a full temporary dispense, plus gas and couplers.
  3. We deliver, install and commission. Test pour before we leave.
  4. We collect when the hire ends. Bottles and backup stock are fridge hire if you need that too.

Coverage

Midlands-based, covering most of England and Wales. Send the postcode. We do not publish a call-out clock. We reply by phone, email or WhatsApp and quote what we can do for that date.

If a hired fridge of ours fails on an event, replacement fridge support is already on the fridge hire page. This page is the draught plant: coolers, lines and taps.

FAQs

No. Draught system hire is taps and cooling for an event. This page is temporary plant for a pub, bar, office or existing install — including when the house cooler is down.

We spec flash, remote or glycol as part of the hire, not as unnamed shelf SKUs. Tell us the run from keg to tap, how many lines, and whether the bar is a cellar, a back room or a temporary font. The keg cooling guide explains the difference.

Yes. Weekly and monthly hire is quoted to the date, the kit and the venue. There is no published rate card on this page.

We do not publish a guaranteed call-out time. Call 0800 861 1471 or use the quote form with the postcode, the number of lines and what failed. We reply and quote what we can do.

Kegged serves such as Pimm’s use the same draught lines and cooler family as beer. A staffed cocktail list is cocktail bar hire. See cocktails on tap if you are unsure which job you have.
